Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product/service that you have purchased from us, you can get in touch with us at helpdesk@jflindia.co.in Your concern will be taken up with the management to provide a resolution.

We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) immediately after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

  • No cancellation of service request will be entertained after 7 days of placing an order.
  • In case you feel that the service received is not as per the scope promised or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of your point of contact/project manager within 24 hours of receiving it. The Internal Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • The refunded amount will be reflected in your statement in 30 to 35 working days if your grievance stands validated by the Team.
  • There shall absolutely be no refund for the services delivered.
  • All the services will be delivered via email ID registered with us at the time of placing an order.
  • We have successfully served thousands of happy customers in the past and we are confident of the quality of our service.
